Refund Policy – SNUPTOO

1. Subscription Services (Pro Memberships)

SNUPTOO offers premium subscription plans ("Pro Memberships") to enhance the user experience.

  • Non-Refundable: All subscription fees are non-refundable. Since premium features are granted immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your premium access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Suspensions: If an account is banned or suspended for violating our "Prohibited Content" (Illegal Acts) section in the Terms of Service, all remaining subscription time is forfeited and no refund will be issued.

2. User Marketplace

SNUPTOO provides a platform for users to buy and sell goods/services.

  • Third-Party Transactions: SNUPTOO is not a party to the contracts between buyers and sellers on the Marketplace. We do not guarantee the quality or legality of items sold by users.

  • Dispute Resolution: Refunds for Marketplace transactions must be handled directly between the buyer and the seller. SNUPTOO will only intervene in cases of technical payment processing errors.

3. Content Rewards and Points System

Our "Reward System" compensates users for engagement and quality content.

  • No Cash Value: Points or rewards earned through the system have no inherent cash value until they meet the specific withdrawal threshold defined in the user dashboard.

  • Forfeiture: SNUPTOO reserves the right to void any earned rewards if they were obtained through fraudulent activity, botting, or spam.

  • Withdrawals: Once a withdrawal request is processed and sent to your payment provider, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed.

4. Affiliate Program

  • Commission Payouts: Affiliate commissions are paid based on valid, successful referrals.

  • Reversals: If a referred user’s payment is charged back or identified as fraudulent, any pending or paid commission for that referral will be deducted from the affiliate’s balance.

5. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We encourage users to contact SNUPTOO Support to resolve billing issues before contacting their bank.

  • Account Lock: Filing an unjustified chargeback or payment dispute will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of the associated SNUPTOO account to prevent further fraud.

6. Technical Errors

If a technical error on our platform results in a duplicate charge or an incorrect billing amount, please contact us within 14 days. After verification, we will issue a credit or refund for the erroneous amount.
