1. General Principles and Philosophy

SNUPTOO is a social network dedicated to the principles of free expression and the pursuit of objective truth. Unlike traditional social media platforms, SNUPTOO operates under a strict "No Censorship" policy regarding legal speech. We believe that a free society requires a marketplace of ideas where even controversial or unpopular opinions can be expressed without fear of suppression.

2. Commitment to Reality-Based Discussion

SNUPTOO recognizes biological sex as a fundamental scientific reality.

  • Biological Integrity: Statements affirming biological facts, including the recognition of the biological binary (XX/XY), are protected speech on this platform.

  • Scientific Freedom: Discussions based on scientific evidence, objective reality, and biological integrity shall not be classified as hate speech or harassment.

3. Prohibited Content (Legal Boundaries)

The right to free speech does not extend to illegal activities. SNUPTOO maintains a zero-tolerance policy for content that violates the law. Users are strictly prohibited from posting:

  • Illegal Material: Content involving child exploitation, human trafficking, or the promotion of illegal substances and services.

4. User Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for the content they post and the interactions they have with others. While SNUPTOO provides the infrastructure for free speech, it does not endorse the views expressed by its users.

5. Account Registration and Privacy

  • Verification: To ensure the integrity of the network and prevent automated spam, a valid email address is required for registration and account verification.

  • Data Protection: SNUPTOO is committed to user privacy. We do not sell user data to third-party advertisers or participate in political data mining.

  • Anonymity: Users have the right to operate under a pseudonym, provided they do not use it to engage in illegal acts or technical fraud.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

SNUPTOO will not moderate or remove content based on political, social, or religious viewpoints. Moderation actions will only be taken in the following cases:
